Freedom of Information

Freedom of Information Act (FoI) 2000

The FoI Act provides a statutory right of access, which entitles people to ask the MPA for information.

Publication scheme

Also under FoI, the MPA has a publication scheme setting out the information we routinely make publicly available. Our scheme has to be approved by the Information Commissioner and we have to review the scheme from time to time.
